Introducing the HAVEN Patient Support Program

What is Haven?
Haven is a patient support program by Sentrex that specializes in oncology; this means our all our staff have oncology expertise. In fact, all Haven’s staff have joined Sentrex from hospital cancer centres. Haven offers certain patient support such as insurance reimbursement assistance and pharmacy services.

The staff at Haven can help you with drug reimbursement and financial assistance, but more importantly, with clinical support such as: education on your medication, use of supporting medications, and communication with your Cancer Care team. Haven’s team does an in-depth review of your new medication to ensure you are off to a strong start. Each time you refill your medication, they check in with you to ensure any questions or concerns are addressed. Haven also offers free home delivery. 

How can Haven help me with my breast cancer?
Haven’s supported medications for breast cancer include: 

Haven is continuously adding more drugs to its list of supported medications. 

If I am on multiple medications, can Haven still help?
Yes. If you’re on multiple Haven-supported medications or a Haven medication and something else, their pharmacy can deliver both of your medications together. 

Does Haven only support breast cancer?
No; if you have a family member or loved one that has another type of cancer, we may be able to support them too. Contact them and see what is possible. Haven supports over 20 different cancer drugs with more being added. 

I am already on medication; can I transfer to Haven?
Yes, you can. If you’re already on a Haven-supported medication at another pharmacy, and want to move your prescription to our oncology experts, they can help you with that. 

How do I enroll?
To use Haven’s services, fill out the enrollment form in English or French and fax it to 1-866-283-3209 , or simply call into their program at 1-866-283-3211. Their oncology pharmacist will be happy to speak with you.
