La féminité divine en chacune de nous

Ma féminité irradie tout mon être. J’en suis arrivée à cette conclusion à la suite de la perte d’un attribut physique qui, depuis de nombreux siècles, représente un symbole puissant de la féminité et de la sexualité : mes seins. À l’âge de 18 ans, on m’a annoncé que j’étais porteuse de la mutation du gène BRCA1, à l’instar de ma mère, de ma tante et de ma sœur. Cela signifiait que mon risque d’être atteinte d’un cancer du sein était élevé.
